About us
Door To Hope is a State Certified Substance Awareness Traffic Offenders Program (SATOP) Offender Management Unit. Serving all Missouri counties, Door To Hope is also available to individuals with "Out of State driver's licenses with DWI/DUI offenses related to driving or are Missouri court ordered to participate in a SATOP program.
SATOP is a statewide, multi-level network of options, providing an appropriate community response to alcohol and drug related driving offenses through assessment, education, counseling, and referral.
